Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Female Operations Staff member to join our team at our TOK Karaoke and Booth Studio. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and assisting in the overall management of the studio. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Karaoke and Booth Studio.
• Ensure a clean, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for all guests.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of karaoke equipment, ensuring all systems are functioning properly.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
• Handle reservations and bookings, ensuring efficient scheduling and optimal studio usage.
• Collaborate with the finance department to process transactions, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Implement and adhere to safety and security protocols within the studio.
• Assist with marketing efforts, including promotions and special events to drive customer engagement.
• Provide training and support to new staff members, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality service.
• Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to continuously improve operations.
Qualifications:
• Having Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management is advantage ; any additional certification or experience in Retail shop, SNS Marketing, operations management and SNS Marketing Experience is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or operations role, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
