Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting:
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Cold-call potential clients and follow up on leads from marketing efforts.
• Nurture existing leads to convert them into customers.
• Sales Process Management:
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits and features to prospects.
• Maintain detailed records of all sales interactions in CRM software.
• Manage the sales pipeline and follow up with prospects to close deals.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through regular communication.
• Sales Target Achievement:
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and targets.
• Monitor and report on sales performance to senior management.
• Collaboration with Teams:
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
• Coordinate with external sales representatives and other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• Market Research & Industry Knowledge:
• Stay informed about the company's products and services, as well as market trends and competitors.
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and industry developments.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Good time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service.
• Familiarity with the industry the company operates in (e.g., technology, healthcare, finance).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Educational Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is often preferred.
