Female Office Executive / Receptionist: 1. Responsible for visa applications and coordination, 2. Administrative/accounting tasks including Accounts management, Data Entries, Record Keeping, Online Air ticketing, Hotel bookings, office documentation. 3. Trade license renewal and cancellations, 4. Lease renewals, Insurance procedures, Logistics, custom documentation and submissions, 5. Answering phone calls, coordination for management meetings. 6. Replenishing office supplies like stationery, water, tissues, etc. This job requires fluency in English (Speaking and writing) also must have basic accounting knowledge & full command over MS Office to generate Excel worksheets.
