Position Overview:

We are looking to hire a friendly and reliable Office Girl to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with at least 1 year of experience in office cleaning and hospitality-related tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, assisting with tea and coffee service, and providing a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain office areas, including workspaces, restrooms, and common areas. Prepare and serve tea and coffee to staff and visitors. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Ensure office supplies are stocked and notify management when replenishment is needed. Assist with basic office tasks, including organizing and tidying up. Maintain a clean and organized pantry or kitchen area. Ensure the office is always neat, presentable, and hygienic.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as an office girl or in a similar role. Graduate with a good understanding of office-related tasks. Friendly, polite, and professional demeanor. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization. Willingness to assist in various tasks as needed.
