Job Description

Our company is currently seeking an office assistant to manage clerical duties within our office. The role entails maintaining office cleanliness and organization, and it encompasses a variety of tasks aimed at facilitating the seamless operation of day-to-day office functions.

Job Responsibilities

:

Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of all office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas. Monitor and replenish office supplies, including stationery, kitchen supplies, and toiletries. Distribute internal and external correspondence and packages. Assist in setting up meeting rooms and preparing for meetings. arranging and serving refreshments during meetings and events Ensure the pantry and kitchen areas are organized and well-stocked. Assist staff with minor administrative tasks as requested. Provide support during office events or functions. Proficient in making a variety of coffee Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Should know how to prepare tea / coffee. High school degree Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED1,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
