Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Female Nursing Supervisor at Home Health care facility located in Sharjah, UAE. The Nursing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home care facility, including training staff, and ensuring quality elder care.
Qualifications
• Nursing Home Administration and Long-term Care skills
• Budgeting experience in a healthcare setting
• Knowledge of elder care practices and regulations
• Experience in training and supervising staff
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• 4 to 5 years experience in the Healthcare facility
• Moh - License is mandatory
• willing to join immediately
• Language - English & Hindi Must
