We need a female receptionist with at least 3 years experience in the medical field(clinic) in UAE. Must be fluent in English.

Salary 4000-5000 AED + commission

Full job description:

• Welcome patients and visitors.
• Maintaining records and accounts receivables.
• Answer telephone and chat inquiries for new and existing patients.
• Assisting patient's inquiry and explain clinic services appropriately to patients.
• Scheduling appointment bookings in the clinic calendar.
• Fill cancelled/rescheduled appointments to ensure a full schedule.
• Call patients for appointment confirmation.
• Update daily task and log patients visit via EMR.
• Must have knowledge in insurance claim forms and reimbursement protocols.
• Patient registration via EMR and registration form.
• Request patient feedback after completion of the service.
• Collaborates and follow-up with other staff members to make sure that procedures are being done in a timely manner.
• Running end-of-day reception reports
• Log calls and inquiries.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities;

• Candidate should have previous UAE work experience in clinic or medical centers.
• Languages- English, Arabic speaking is an added advantage
• Must have good customer relation and excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking.
• Must be computer literate. Knowledge of EMR
• Strong inter-personal and relationship building skills.
• Must be able to work effectively with doctors, personnel and patients in a variety of situations.
• background in marketing (preferred)

• Minimum of 3 years working experience in a clinic set up as receptionist.
