Role Purpose

To deliver an exceptionally high standard of massage therapy services to clients in accordance with the company's standards and protocols. Ensure each client has a rejuvenating and beneficial experience while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism. Skilled in various massage techniques, including therapeutic, deep tissue, and aromatherapy, and proficient in enhancing the client's overall relaxation and wellness journey.

Skills

Proficient in Massage Therapy Techniques:

• Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Hot Stone, and other therapeutic massage modalities.

Client Consultation:

• Skilled in assessing client needs, identifying areas of concern, and recommending appropriate treatments.

Product Knowledge:

• Thorough understanding of massage oils, organic and aromatherapy products, and their effects on the body.

Service Customization:

• Ability to customize massages based on individual client needs, preferences, and medical conditions.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and progress.

Hygiene and Sterilization:

• Adhere to strict protocols for equipment sanitation and workspace cleanliness.

Customer Service:

• Deliver a high level of care and professionalism to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Industry Awareness:

• Stay informed on the latest massage therapy techniques, wellness trends, and industry advancements.
