osition Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Maintenance Team Coordinator to oversee and streamline maintenance operations across our properties. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for maintenance requests, coordinate work schedules, and ensure that our properties are well-maintained and prepared for our guests and residents.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for maintenance requests and manage communication with property owners and tenants.
• Schedule and assign daily tasks to the maintenance team, ensuring timely and efficient completion of work.
• Monitor ongoing maintenance activities and provide support to ensure quality and compliance with property standards.
• Maintain a record of maintenance tasks, track completion, and update management on progress.
• Work with vendors and contractors as needed, coordinating repairs and necessary inspections.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Assist in the budget management for maintenance operations and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in property management or maintenance coordination.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures and an understanding of maintenance team operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software is a plus.
