We are seeking a qualified Female Listing Agent(Landlord Relations Officer) with experience in Properties Listing to serve as a mediator between sellers/buyers and Agents. Carry out all necessary actions to list a property and secure it under agreement, including creating listing documents and pre-listing presentations, arranging showings, and organizing open houses. You'll ensure accurate listings, manage credits and costs, generate performance reports, and collaborate with the team to maintain high standards. Key Responsibilities:

Manage property listings on Property Finder, Bayut, and other portals Monitor listing credits, costs, and reconcile budgets Analyze performance reports and suggest improvements Verify listing accuracy and ensure compliance Listing Agent experience in UAE and Abu Dhabi market. Expertise in graphic design, video editing, and media content creation tailored to the real estate industry. Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies for the UAE real estate market.
Create engaging content for digital and print campaigns, showcasing properties and services.

Organize property tours, open houses, and real estate exhibitions.

Represent the company at real estate events and trade shows.

Execute campaigns to generate high-quality leads for sales teams.

Track and follow up on potential buyers, investors, and renters.

Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide detailed insights to optimize strategies.

Design visually compelling digital and print materials for property listings, marketing campaigns, and branding purposes. Edit and enhance photos and videos to highlight properties for advertisements, websites, and social media platforms.

Requirements:

- Available to join immediately.

- Females ONLY(Arabic Native is Preferable).

- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in the real estate industry.

- Publish and Promote Property listing on various online channels such as (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle and refreshing as needed.

- Collaborate with real estate agents to gather necessary information and documentation for new property listings.

- Enter property details accurately into the internal drive.

- Must be proficient in MS Office especially excel sheet, word. etc.

- Knowledge of property markets, strong communication, and negotiation skills.

- Familiarity with UAE's real estate laws and regulations is an advantage.

- Should be flexible, be able to multi-task and adapt to ever changing business needs.

- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

- Proven experience in graphic design and media editing, preferably within the real estate sector.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant design and editing tools.
