Position Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic female interns to join our team in Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are passionate about digital marketing, eager to learn, and looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Exceptional performers will have the opportunity to be hired full-time.

Internship Duration:
90 days (with the possibility of extension to 3 months)

Open Positions:

• 2 Content Creators
• 2 Business Development Interns
• 1 Social Media Manager
• 2 Video Editors
• 1 Graphic Designer

Responsibilities (Depends on the position interested):

•Content Creation: •

• Develop and create content for various marketing channels including blogs, articles, social media posts, and newsletters.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop new ideas for content.
• Research industry-related topics to ensure accurate and up-to-date content.

•Business Development:•

• Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Conduct research on potential clients and industries.
• Support the development of business proposals and presentations.
• Participate in networking events and meetings to represent the company.

•Social Media Management:•

• Manage and monitor our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tik-Tok, Pinterest, YouTube).
• Create engaging and relevant content, including posts, stories, and videos.
• Understand how to grow social media accounts organically.
• Interact with followers, respond to comments, and manage online community engagement.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve performance.

•Video Editing:•

• Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting.
• Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency.

•Graphic Design:•

• Create visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers.
• Develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.
• Work with the marketing team to produce content that aligns with our brand's voice and image.

Qualifications:

• Female candidates only.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, Video Production, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.
• Proficiency in relevant tools and software for each position (e.g., Microsoft Office, social media management tools, video editing software, graphic design software).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
