We are looking for a talented and experienced DM Approved Engineer cum Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in engineering and design, ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations while delivering creative and practical solutions. Proficiency in software like SketchUp, 3D rendering tools, and Lumion is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review detailed engineering and design drawings using tools like SketchUp, Lumion, and other 3D software .
• Ensure designs comply with Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations and secure necessary approvals.
• Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings to visualize project concepts.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to approved designs and specifications.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Requirements:

• DM approval as an engineer.
• A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, Lumion, and other 3D rendering tools .
• Strong understanding of DM regulations and approval processes.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Creative problem-solving ability with a focus on innovative design solutions.
• Experience in MEP design and coordination is a plus.
• Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, or other design software is an advantage.
