Role Overview:

As the Human Resources Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce strategy, fostering a culture of diversity, inclusivity, and empowerment. You will lead our HR department, developing policies and strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring our team is well-equipped to meet the challenges and opportunities of the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure we attract and retain high-caliber professionals.

Requirements:

• - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• - Proven experience as a Human Resources Director or similar leadership role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• - Deep understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and industry standards in the UAE.
• - Strong leadership and people management skills.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Ability to strategize and solve problems efficiently.
• - High ethical standards and professionalism.
• - Proficiency in HR software and tools.
