HR Recruiter Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including identifying potential candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and guiding candidates through the hiring process. The recruiter will collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. The role requires excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills, along with a keen understanding of labor laws and best practices in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Planning:
Collaborate with department managers to define recruitment needs and create job descriptions.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Sourcing Candidates:
Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking events.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research.
Screening and Interviewing:
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone or in-person interviews to assess candidate fit for the role.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Assist in the interview and selection process by conducting reference checks and other vetting procedures.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and professionalism.
Guide candidates through the hiring process, including negotiation and offer management.
Compliance and Reporting:
Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
Document and report recruitment activity and metrics to HR leadership.
Employer Branding:
Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work by fostering relationships with educational institutions, attending career fairs, and participating in online recruitment activities.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience:
Proven experience as an HR recruiter or similar role.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
Key Competencies:
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring.
High level of emotional intelligence and ability to assess candidates' cultural fit.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.
Job Location: Bur Dubai Near By Sharaf DG Metro Station.
Working Days: Mon to Sat. Sunday Off
Working Hours: 10 am to 7 pm

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
