We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Female HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team in our company. The HR Assistant will provide support in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee records management, benefits administration, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen interest in developing a career in HR.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Support:
• Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Communicate with candidates to provide updates on their application status and coordinate interview logistics.
• Conduct reference checks and assist with background screening processes.
• Prepare offer letters and new hire paperwork.
• Employee Onboarding:
• Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Coordinate new hire orientation sessions and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
• Set up and maintain employee records in the HRIS system.
• Employee Records Management:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both digital and physical.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to employee records.
• Assist with the preparation of reports related to HR metrics, such as employee turnover, absenteeism, and headcount.
• Employee Relations:
• Provide administrative support in handling employee relations issues, including preparing documentation and scheduling meetings.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and recognition programs.
• Support the HR team in maintaining a positive work environment and addressing employee concerns.
• General HR Support:
• Assist with the preparation of HR communications, including announcements, newsletters, and policy updates.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as training programs, performance management, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
• Provide support for payroll processing, including data entry and verifying timesheets.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones, and responding to HR-related inquiries.
