Role Summary: The HR Coordinator plays a key role in managing various human resources functions to support the organizations overall objectives. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from talent acquisition and employee relations to performance management and compliance. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints and provide guidance on resolution.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction.
Administer performance appraisal processes and assist in the development of performance improvement plans.
Provide coaching and support to managers in performance management matters.
Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Stay abreast of the labor law and regulations in the UAE and ensure compliance in all HR practices.
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and adherence across the organization.
Manage employee documentation and maintain accurate HR records.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other employee perks.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
HR Certification from a renowned institute is a plus (if not an HR Grad)
Proven experience as an HR Generalist/Coordinator, preferably in the UAE.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Personality Attributes:
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
