We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR and Admin Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various human resources and administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Coordinate the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Employee Relations:
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
• Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues, including conflicts and grievances, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• HR Administration:
• Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records.
• Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
• Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
• Administrative Support:
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
• Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
• Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations and recommend updates to policies and procedures as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
