Job Overview:

We are looking for a good-looking female model who is comfortable with acting and has a charming presence to showcase our premier real estate properties. The ideal candidate will be versatile, engaging, and skilled in portraying the elegance and exclusivity of our properties. This role combines the art of modeling with the charisma of acting to create memorable and compelling property showings.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Showings:

Actively participate in property tours and promotional events. Portray a refined and approachable image. Collaborate with the creative and sales teams to develop engaging presentations and video content.

Brand Representation:

Serve as a face for the company at events, media appearances, and social media engagements. Maintain a confident and charming personality that aligns with our brand identity. Provide an authentic and aspirational experience for prospective clients.

Communication:

Fluently speak

English and Hindi

to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele. Act as an ambassador for the company by building rapport and trust with potential clients. Deliver property information clearly and attractively during showings.

Qualifications:

A good-looking female candidate with a striking appearance suited for high-end property marketing. Demonstrated comfort and experience in modeling and acting. Confident, charismatic, and personable with excellent interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Hindi. Prior experience in property showings, real estate, or related fields or video creation is an added advantage but not necessary Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
