Job Purpose Responsible for planning and administering physiotherapy treatment plans designed to alleviate pain, restore function, prevent disabilities, and promote overall fitness and health of patients. Qualifications 1. With HAAD/DOH License 2. At least two year\'s Physiotherapist experience 3. Complies with accepted professional standards and principles. 4. Thorough knowledge of Physical Therapy principles and practices 5. Possesses and maintains good physical stamina and mental health. 6. Has excellent observation, oral and written communications kills. 7. Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision. 8. Dependable, organized, flexible and cooperative in fulfilling role obligation. Responsibilities and Duties 1. Providing high quality physiotherapy services by formulating, delivering and implementing treatment programs along with evaluating treatment programs along with evaluating treatment programs in conjunction with other members of the team e.g. manual physiotherapy techniques, patient education, exercise classes, and other alternatives options. 2. Undertaking a comprehensive assessment of clients, including those with complex pathologies, and use investigative and analytical skills to formulate individualized management and treatment plans. 3. Testing and measuring patient\xe2\x80\x99s strength, motor development and function, sensor perception, functional capacity, and respiratory and circulatory efficiency and record data. 4. Evaluating patient progress, re-assessing and alternating treatment programs if required. To gather, collate and analyze the information needed to solve a variety of clinical and professional problems, at a highly advanced level. 5. Formulating accurate physiotherapy prognoses and recommending best course of intervention and develop comprehensive discharge plans. 6. Maintaining necessary inventory of supplies for assigned room, rotation of stock in an orderly fashion, and eliminating outdated items, Reporting shortage of materials to supervisor at earliest convenience, ordering and approving replenishments when necessary, wherever applicable.
