Job Summary:
As a barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages while providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with clients to take orders, create customized drinks, and ensure a positive overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide recommendations on coffee blends, brewing methods, and other menu items.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
• Beverage Preparation:
• Prepare a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and more.
• Use espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other equipment to brew and steam beverages.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
• Menu Knowledge:
• Stay informed about coffee varieties, brewing techniques, and menu items.
• Educate customers about different coffee blends and flavor profiles.
• Update menu boards and suggest seasonal or specialty drinks.
• Cleanliness and Organization:
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee preparation areas and equipment.
• Adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Regularly clean and maintain coffee machines and equipment.
• Cash Handling:
• Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately.
• Process payments and provide customers with receipts.
• Maintain cash register and handle daily reconciliation.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with Salon team member and management.
• Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a head barista in specialty coffee shop is preferred.
• Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,200.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
