Job Description

To deliver all Hairdressing services and makeup/eyelash in line with the highest salon standards. 2. To support and assist other team members within the commercial environment. 3. To train and assess learners to ensure timely completion of the tasks and attainment of the needed level of service.4. To ensure the salon is operating to time to maximise commercial profitability 5. To ensure high levels of customer service are delivered and maintained. To minimise customer complaints by ensuring all services are delivered to the agreed standard. 6. Promote the facilities and services the departments offer to maximise commercial profitability and raise company profile. 7. To ensure all sanitation and cleanliness procedures are maintained to provide safe working practices and healthy and safe working environments for staff and clients. 8. To promote actively the sale of products and maintain a consistent high level of retail sales. 9. To ensure a positive example is set to other team members in the specific areas of behaviour, appearance, customer service and attitude. 10. To assist with marketing activities to increase the level of new clients to the business. 11. To participate in any events the salon may enter into with the purpose of promoting and raising the profile of the business. 12. Act as an ambassador driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

Hairdressing qualification with certificate; certified Hair Academy training attendance certificate/diploma, A good understanding of professional salon operations. Up to date knowledge of all latest hair coloring, cutting and hairstyling techniques. UAE experience is preferred. Expert in various Hair Coloring Techniques

Good communication skills with the ability to handle all types of face to face contact. Good organizational skills. Ability to inspire others. A flexible and organized approach to work with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to promote and deliver outstanding customer service. Patience; communication and customer service skills; physical stamina; ability to work with a variety of hair and skin types; knowledge of hair products and tools. Arabic and English language skills are preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
