Candidate needs to have in-salon hands-on experience (minimum 3 years) in Professional makeup, hair colouring, styling and cutting, extensions, hair treatments preferably training background of 2 years.
Deliver technical training and product knowledge training
Ensure the right mix of services & products
Train the students & groom them.
Develop training plans and calendars
