We are an all ladies company based in Sharjah. Currently looking for Female experienced Accountant. Must have 2-3 years of experience.

Job Qualifications:

- Must be a Graduate in Commerce/Accounting with 2-3 yrs experience

- Should be well versed with MS Excel and Tally Software.

- Manage Day Book,Bank Reconciliation, Receivable & Payables,P&L and Balance sheet

- Should be proficient in English Language and good in drafting emails

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure invoices are processed, reconciled, and billed accurately

Perform Balance Sheet account reconciliations, account analysis, accrual calculations, and other related accounting documents/schedules.

Responsible for the coordination and execution of all payable and receivables related activities in the business in order to assist in the proper financial management of the company.

Perform month-end bank reconciliation statement and review

Knowledge of Basic Accountant, MS Office, Software, Receivable/Payment, Vat, Tax Invoice, Daily Closing, Petty Cash.

Ensure accounting transactions are in compliance with accounting policies and standards.

Review and analyze monthly-posted records to ensure proper accounting, completeness, accuracy and sufficient supporting documents.

Support weekly and monthly cash flow forecast

Assist external and internal audit activities.
