As we expand our team, we are looking for a talented and motivated Chartered Accountant (CA Inter) to join our finance department.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented CA Inter professional to support our finance and accounting team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial records, preparing reports, and assisting in auditing and compliance activities. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong understanding of financial management and accounting principles, who are looking for growth opportunities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
• Support the team in ensuring timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT and corporate tax returns.
• Monitor and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and IFRS standards.
• Work closely with internal and external auditors during audit cycles.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Completed Chartered Accountancy (CA Inter).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a commercial brokerage or financial services firm.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of UAE tax laws and financial regulations is a plus.
