Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Female Driver to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess an extensive knowledge of Dubai's road network, excellent driving skills, and a strong understanding of safety procedures. As a Female Driver, you will be responsible for transporting passengers and/or goods safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safe Driving: Operate vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, ensuring the safety of passengers, goods, and other road users.
• Route Knowledge: Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Dubai's road network, including major routes, traffic patterns, and alternative routes to efficiently navigate to destinations.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Adherence to Regulations: Comply with all local traffic laws, regulations, and company policies. Ensure that all necessary documentation, such as licenses and permits, is up-to-date.
• Customer Service: Provide courteous and professional service to passengers. Assist with loading and unloading of luggage or goods as required.
• Safety Procedures: Follow established safety procedures and protocols, including the use of seat belts, adherence to speed limits, and awareness of road conditions.
• Emergency Response: Be prepared to handle emergencies, such as vehicle breakdowns or accidents, in a calm and efficient manner.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of journeys, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or irregularities.
• Work Schedule: Work a 6-day week with flexibility to accommodate additional hours or changes to the schedule as needed. Availability for work during evenings, weekends, or holidays may be required.
• Confidentiality: Respect passenger privacy and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience in Dubai or a similar environment.
• Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of Dubai's roads, traffic laws, and safety procedures.
• Licenses: Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.
• Skills: Excellent driving skills with the ability to navigate through busy urban and rural areas. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Language: Proficiency in English and Tagalog; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Personal Traits: Professional demeanor, punctuality, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
