Work Location: Sharjah - Al Barashi (Might have to visit Head office in Al Quoz occasionally)
To manage, organize, and maintain accurate records of all project-related documentation, ensuring easy accessibility, proper version control, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date document records in physical and electronic formats.
• Ensure proper version control and archiving of all documentation.
• Ensure all documents meet organizational and project-specific standards.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive project information.
• Prepare regular reports on document status, pending approvals, and distribution updates.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum 1 years of experience in document control in UAE.
• Must have experience working in Construction industry
• Any diploma or Degree
• Valid Driving license is an added Advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
