Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute all web, SEO, SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.

- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities.

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.

- Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points, optimizing user funnels.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing.

- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist (1+ years).

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.

- Experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media.

- Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and editing for various digital platforms.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

- Familiarity with SEO best practices and website analytics tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and written English skills.

- Expert SEO, social media, and social content creator.
