As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support. Additionally, you will utilize your web design skills to maintain and develop our website, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Receptionist:
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers
Digital Marketing Executive:
• Digital Campaigns: Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram.
• SEO and SEM: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Manage SEM campaigns for paid search and social ads.
• Content Creation: Create and curate engaging content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and website pages.
• Email Marketing: Design, implement, and monitor email campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize based on insights.
• Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create content calendars, engage with followers, and monitor social media trends.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights. Provide reports and actionable insights to improve marketing efforts.
• Website Management: Collaborate with web development teams to ensure content is updated, optimized for SEO, and user-friendly.
• Brand Development: Contribute to the development of the company's digital presence and brand identity, ensuring consistency across platforms.
• Lead Generation: Execute strategies to capture leads through digital channels and manage the lead nurturing process.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests for various campaigns to optimize performance and conversions.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing best practices to stay ahead of the curve.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media management tools.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling content and engaging with the audience.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and make decisions based on insights.
• Creative Skills: Ability to design digital creatives, or collaborate with design teams for visuals.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
