We help businesses establish a strong digital presence and achieve their marketing goals. We are expanding and seek a female Digital Marketing & Customer Support Executive to join our growing team.

Who We're Looking For:

We seek a dynamic and personable female candidate passionate about digital marketing, customer engagement, and website management. Prior UAE experience is not required, and applicants on a spouse visa are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Handle social media accounts, create engaging content, and respond to customer queries.
Website Management: Update website content, manage inquiries, and ensure a smooth user experience.
Customer Support:
Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and social media, ensuring excellent customer service.

Manage existing customers by providing support, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong relationships.

Follow up on provided leads and convert potential clients.

Marketing Support: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to execute campaigns and analyze performance.
Requirements:

Female candidates only
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Understanding of website management (WordPress knowledge is a plus)
Customer support experience or strong willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
No prior UAE experience required
Must be on a spouse visa

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
