Job Description

We are a leading services (Babysitting , Nanny and Cleaning) providing company based in Dubai. With a strong commitment to excellence, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead/Supervisor to join our team.

Role Overview:

As a Team Lead/Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Helpers primarily providng (Babysitting, Nanny and cleaning) services. Your primary focus will be on managing customer service team, and a team of 40 - 50 female Helpers, ensuring efficient scheduling, handling customer complaints, and maintaining high service standards. You will use various online tools, including CRM systems and portals, to streamline operations and enhance team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management:
• Fully understand Customer service role and provide cover as needed.
• Supervise and lead a team 2 - 4 Customer service team and a 40 - 50 female Helpers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Conduct regular operational performance reviews, offering feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
• Schedule and allocate tasks to team members, ensuring coverage and efficient use of resources.

Scheduling and Operations:

• Utilize online scheduling tools and CRM systems to manage daily operations and optimize task assignments.
• Monitor and adjust schedules to address changes, emergencies, or unexpected absences

Customer Service:

• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of team performance, customer feedback, and operational issues.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on team activities, service quality, and other relevant metrics.

Compliance and Standards:

• Ensure all operations comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards and implement improvements as necessary.

Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a cleaning services or facilities management company in Dubai.
• Proven track record of managing large teams and handling complex scheduling and operational tasks.

Skills:

• Proficiency in using online scheduling tools, CRM systems, and portals.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, particularly in addressing customer complaints.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

Education:

• Relevant degree or diploma in management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Other Requirements:

• Familiarity with Dubai's labor laws and regulations related to facilities management and cleaning services.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required

Salary:

AED 4000 - 6000 per month plus quarterly and annual incentives.
