Job Title: Female Customer Service and / Sales Representative - UAE national only

Department: Sales and Customer Relations

Location: Orchid Medical Center - SHARJAH

Job Purpose:

To provide excellent customer service, build strong relationships with clients, and promote the medical center's services to drive sales and increase bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

• Greet and assist clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and accurately via phone, email, and in person.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.

2. Sales and Promotion:

• Promote and upsell the medical center's services, including cosmetic dermatology, dental treatments, and laser services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable services and packages.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and booking targets.

3. Booking Management:

• Manage appointments and schedule bookings accurately.
• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and encourage repeat visits.

4. Client Relationships:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance loyalty.
• Gather and respond to customer feedback to improve service quality.

5. Administrative Support:

• Maintain an organized record of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with the reception and sales team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Nationality: Emirati (UAE Nationality Only, / Ready to join
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Education: High school diploma or higher.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven with a proactive attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
