Max Express Courier Service L.L.C. is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Centre Representatives to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in providing excellent service and support. You will handle a variety of inquiries, assist with tracking packages, and resolve any issues related to our courier services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls from customers with inquiries related to courier services, package tracking, delivery statuses, and more.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently and courteously.
• Handle and escalate customer complaints as needed, ensuring a timely resolution.
• Assist customers with booking courier services, including scheduling pickups and deliveries.
• Update and maintain customer records in our database.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,400.00 per month
