We are looking for FEMALE ARABIC & ENGLISH SPEAKER! Telesales Representative responsibilities include:

Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a their queries about the properties they are interested in.
Answering questions about properties that is available and other queries of client.
Asking questions to understand customer requirements.
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
Updating customer feedback and inquiries in the system/CRM.
Calling client about their interest.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Requirements and skills

Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Ability to learn about different type of properties and describe/explain them to prospect clients
Excellent knowledge of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Must be Arabic and English Speaker
