We are a Dubai-based photo studio offering family photography services around the UAE. As our company grows we are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Coordinator in Abu Dhabi branch to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to potential customers. We have an international team across the globe, and you will play a crucial role onsite when it comes to bookings & scheduling of the team.

Position: Customer Coordinator
Main Duties:
- •To be the main point of contact person between the client and studio team employees (ex., photographers, retouchers and others).•
- •Inspect the studio and ensure that it's well prepare for before clients arrival, including, but not limited to inventory management, equipment arrangement and in-stocking, dress selections, decorations and etc.•
- •Manage studio bookings, ensure appoints are booked without conflicts, maximizing studio's capacity, minimizing downtime between sessions.•
- •Handle payments from customers, prepare invoices accordingly.•
- •Being proactive and assist clients accordingly, by actively engaging with them.•
- •Resolve and address any issues on spot, handle any complaints or dissatisfactions from clients with professionalism and tact.•
- •Offer support to photographers in managing client interactions and addressing any challenges that may arise during photo session.•
- •Ensure that clients feel values and supported throughout their entire interactions with the studio, from booking to post-session follow ups.•
Requirements:
- •At Least 2 years of Experience in Customer Service within the Hospitality Sector•
- •Knowledge of English•
- •Fast typing•
- •Attention to Details•
- •Administrative and Computer Literacy & Accuracy•
- •Excellent Communication & Organizational Skill•
- •Team Player•
- •Ability to accommodate flexibility in day-off arrangement as per business needs, willingness to work on weekends & holidays•
