Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries, addressing customer needs promptly and professionally.
• Resolve customer issues and answer product/service inquiries with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Process orders, track shipments, and handle billing inquiries with precision and attention to detail.
• Gather feedback and provide insights to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain a record of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer service or similar role preferred.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with CRM software.
• Personality: Friendly, patient, and genuinely interested in helping customers.
• Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
