Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and live chat interactions with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding product features, pricing, availability, order status, billing inquiries, and general support.
Identify and assess customers\' needs to ensure prompt resolution of issues and inquiries.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for further investigation and resolution.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our CRM system.
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional concerns or questions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and service delivery.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support to customers.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate\'s or bachelor\'s degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Empathetic and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others.
Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
