We are seeking an enthusiastic Female Customer Care Agent & Telecaller to join our team. This role is integral to expanding our property listings, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 150-200 calls daily to potential property owners to identify opportunities for listing new properties.
• Schedule meetings between property owners and the sales team.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Update and maintain customer information and property details in the CRM system.
• Prepare and submit daily calling and performance reports to the management team.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion rates.
• Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed, ensuring seamless office operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer care, or a similar role (experience in real estate is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic are an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
