Job Title: CRM Officer - Lead Management
Location: Reem Island, Abu Dhabi
Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive CRM Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is perfect for someone with a strong communication and interpersonal skill set, experience in sales support, and a good understanding of CRM systems. The ideal candidate will act as the middle link between the sales agents and customer service representatives, ensuring leads are effectively collected, managed, and distributed to drive the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Management: Collect and manage leads using the CRM system. Distribute leads to sales agents and track the progress of each lead.
• Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison between the sales team and the CSR (Customer Service Representative) department. Request updates on leads, provide mentoring where necessary, and maintain communication to ensure the flow of information.
• System Management & Reporting: Utilize CRM systems such as MasterSheet and Tracker to monitor and manage leads. Provide end-of-day reports on lead distribution, updates, and progress to the Operations Manager.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team by ensuring they receive timely and accurate leads. Help with administrative tasks related to sales operations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and CSR teams to ensure seamless coordination, supporting team efforts to meet organizational goals.
• CRM System Usage: Ensure that CRM software (Excel, Microsoft, and built-in CRM systems like MasterSheet and Tracker) is used efficiently for managing, tracking, and reporting lead data.
Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales support, system administration, and reporting.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), CRM software, and other computer-based tools. Experience with built-in CRM systems (MasterSheet, Tracker) is a plus.
• Multilingual: Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is a must.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Age: 23-28 years old (preferred).
• Gender: Preferably female candidates.
