We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Acquisition/ Business Development Executive to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the recruitment industry, with a deep understanding of HR policies and procedures. This role focuses on acquiring new clients and building long-term relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment services.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract potential clients in various industries.
• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and target clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the recruitment industry, with a focus on client acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Proven track record of successful client acquisition and relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
