Female Cleaning Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Female Cleaning Supervisor to lead and manage our cleaning team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supervising cleaning operations and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across assigned areas.
• Train and guide cleaning staff to ensure proper techniques and standards are followed.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and cleanliness.
• Develop cleaning schedules and allocate tasks efficiently.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability at all times.
• Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Enforce company policies and health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor in the UAE (preferred).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,400.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
