Female Cleaning Supervisor
Job Description
A European managed Cleaning and Technical Services company in Dubai is looking to hire a dedicated Female Cleaning Supervisor with at least 2 years experience in cleaning Industry in the UAE , to:
supervise/ manage more than 20 multinational cleaners (male/female)
Cooperate/coordinate with the male supervisor at all times to ensure smooth service delivery
Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
Handles customer complaints effectively
Monitor usage of equipment. Ensure all equipment are being used properly and cleaned daily
Conduct training for new cleaners and for existing cleaners as required.
Act as a reliever in the absence of the Male supervisor
Requirements:
Experience with the cleaning industry is a must
Experience in supervising more than 20 cleaners is a must
Can conduct training to new cleaners
Can handle customer complaints effectively
Excellent customer service skills
Effective communication skills
Proficient in English speaking and writing.
Hardworker and has initiative
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
