As a Cashier at Iran Zamin Restaurant, you play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring efficient operations at the point of sale. You will be responsible for accurately processing transactions, handling payments, and providing assistance to our guests during their dining experience.

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders
• Input orders accurately into the point of sale system
• Process customer payments accurately by using various methods
• Count money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift to prevent the errors and to ensure that amounts are correct with supervisor present
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
• Collaborate with other restaurant staff members to ensure timely delivery of food to customers
• Follow restaurant policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in English language, both verbal and written
• Previous experience in a cashier with Restaurant background is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
• Familiarity with basic math skills and ability to perform calculations quickly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
• Knowledge of restaurant policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation regulations
