We are actively seeking experienced caregivers and nannies to join our team in Dubai. We are particularly interested in candidates with a solid background in working with Asian and European families, as understanding and respecting their cultural norms and values is essential. Proficiency in English communication is a must for this role. Our ideal candidates should be highly comfortable and skilled in caring for both children and elderly individuals of all ages. Flexibility with working hours is required, as the position includes both stay-in and stay-out options.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, high-quality care for both children and elderly individuals, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times. Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, promoting their physical, emotional, and intellectual growth. Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities, such as playtime, educational games, and outings, to support learning and development. Assist with daily care tasks, including meal preparation, feeding, bathing, and bedtime routines. Maintain a clean, organized environment for the children, ensuring their personal belongings and play areas are tidy and safe. Collaborate with parents to establish and implement consistent routines and schedules to meet the needs of the children and elderly family members.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in childcare and elderly care, particularly with Asian and European families. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Hindi and additional European languages is a plus. Patient, nurturing, and engaging personality with a passion for caregiving. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to adapt to changing needs and situations. First aid and child safety certifications are preferred.
