GC Manpower Facilities Management is seeking a highly motivated and organized Female Camp Boss to join the team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of the staff and the efficient operation of the labor camp. Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the camp\'s day-to-day operations, including cleaning, maintenance, and security.
Lead and supervise a team of cleaners, maintenance personnel, and security guards.
Champion a safe and healthy environment by ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and security regulations.
Maintain a clean and hygienic living space for all camp residents.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance needs promptly.
Liaise effectively with contractors and service providers to guarantee timely repairs and maintenance.
Manage camp supplies and inventory to maintain smooth operations.
Foster a positive and professional work environment by addressing staff concerns promptly.
Prepare and submit reports on camp operations and staff welfare to keep management informed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (labor camp management, facility management) is a must.
Proven track record of successfully managing and supervising staff.
Strong understanding of health, safety, and security regulations is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key to building positive relationships with staff.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team is crucial.
