• Female candidates preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in healthcare or a dermatology setting is a must
• Ability to handle multiple phone lines and manage high call volumes efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology (or willingness to learn).
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and provide solutions to patient inquiries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
• Language Proficiency : Fluency in Hindi is a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
