As a

Female Telesales and Customer Service Representative

at Melodica Music Academy, you will be the key point of contact for potential and existing customers. We need someone

who can handle both sales and customer service inquiries with enthusiasm. You'll be responsible for conducting outbound calls, promoting our services, and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

outbound

and

inbound telesales calls

to promote and sell

our services (classes)

. Provide

exceptional customer service

, handling inquiries and issues in a friendly and efficient manner. Meet and exceed

monthly sales targets

and

KPIs

by engaging with customers and encouraging purchases. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring clear and accurate information about our offerings.

Handle customer objections

with ease and confidence, turning potential concerns into sales opportunities. Document and

update customer records

in the company database, ensuring all details are accurate and current. Collaborate with the sales team to help achieve

overall goals

and promote cross-department synergy. Stay informed about

product features

and new offerings, ensuring you can provide

spontaneous

and knowledgeable responses to customers.

Follow up

with leads and keep a proactive approach to converting leads into customers. Ensure a positive and

engaging experience

for every customer interaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Telesales Representative

or

Customer Service Representative

.

Energetic

,

perky

, and able to engage with customers in an

outgoing

and

friendly

manner. Excellent

communication

and

interpersonal skills

with the ability to connect easily with customers. Strong

negotiation

persuasion abilities
