Female active and experienced business development manger 1- Self Oriented and able to set directions and lead a team 2- Develop a growth strategy focused on increased profitability and customer satisfaction 3- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of cost savings and account growth 4- Ensure all cleaning services orders/projects are smoothly implemented efficiently and cost-effectively. 5- Responsible for hiring and deploying skillful and experienced cleaners 6- Responsible for staffing and training of cleaners to meet various operationalrequirements7- Ensure healthy and safety procedures and legislation is adhered to, and applying HR/disciplinary process8- Conduct random and pre-planned audits9- Manage the purchase of materials and inventory controls for cleaning services10- Ensure that site documentation and risk assessments are maintained and correct11- Have a good customer network and maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients.12- Arrange and attend sales meetings with prospective clients, bid and secure new cleaning services contracts;13- Prepare sales quotations and proposals, make sales calls and on-site client visits14- Handle client\'s inquiries and feedback.15- Posses good presentation and explanation skills - Must have 7-10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 of managerial experience in the cleaning industry in Dubai.- Must be career driven and able to communicate properly physically and remotely- Has Negotiation responsibilities and generate new sales leads through sales calls- Knowledgeable with UAE government regulations and staffing recruiting protocols- Must have people management skills with the ability to support, motivate, develop, and lead a team through regular coaching- Bachelor degree- Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED2,000.00 per month Experience:
