Female Business Development Executive/sales Account Manager

Job Description

We are Looking for Young Dynamic and Aggressive Business Development Executive with Sales and Business Development experience in the IT Industry (Cloud solutions added advantage). The candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory or market segment. This role requires a strategic approach to account management, as well as exceptional communication and negotiation skills. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
• Nurture existing client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns
• Collaborate with internal teams (such as marketing, product, and finance) to provide comprehensive solutions to clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
• Ensure timely delivery of products or services to clients
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales or account management roles
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing revenue within assigned accounts
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Solid understanding of sales techniques and strategies
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Willingness to travel (within UAE) as required for client meetings and industry events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Business Development in IT Industry: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driving License (Preferred)
