Downtown Realty is actively seeking •Russian or EU women with a background in developer client relationships or business development •.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to drive business growth.
• Lead contract negotiations and close deals with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts.
• Track performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and manage risks.
• Engage with various real estate consulting firms.
• Establish strong connections with relevant government authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide strategic support in business development for the real estate brokerage division.
