:

Oversee Bakery Operations: Lead the bakery section of the kitchen, working closely with the Executive Chef to ensure a harmonious and efficient work environment.

Ingredient Preparation: Skillfully prepare ingredients and proficiently handle baking equipment to achieve optimal baking results.

Recipe Adherence: Follow established recipes meticulously to create a diverse range of pastries, baked goods, and confections, ensuring consistent quality and flavor.

Recipe Development: Innovate by developing new recipes tailored to seasonal menus, showcasing culinary creativity and keeping offerings fresh and enticing.

Decorative Presentation: Use artistic skills to expertly decorate pastries and desserts, ensuring they are both delicious and visually appealing.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of baking ingredients, proactively identifying needs and replenishing supplies promptly.

Procurement: Responsibly order new supplies, ingredients, and equipment for the pastry section, adhering to budgetary constraints while maintaining quality standards.

Safety Compliance: Maintain adherence to safety and health regulations within the bakery section, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.

Staff Supervision and Training: Provide guidance and support to team members, supervising their work and offering training to uphold the highest standards of excellence.

Qualifications:

Experience Requirement: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Baker, demonstrating proficiency in all aspects of bakery operations.

Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership qualities, effectively leading and motivating team members to achieve shared goals.

Interpersonal Abilities: Strong interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships within the team and delivering outstanding customer service.

Commitment to Teamwork: Strong commitment to teamwork, collaborating closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional results.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
